Shipping & Returns

Every specimen is individually packed in museum-grade, shock-absorbing materials. We use double-wall boxes, UV-protective wrapping, and climate control indicators. Every parcel is fully insured.

All specimens come with full CITES certification (where required), provenance documents, and customs declarations. The buyer is responsible for any local import duties and fees.

The specimen must be returned in exactly the same condition as received. Returns are not accepted if the specimen has been damaged after receipt.
